Koralj izvađen iz mora

Catalogue of the exhibition "Coral taken out of the sea", opened in the Croatian Natural History Museum, on the occasion of its 172nd birthday at the end of 2018. The authors of the exhibition Nediljka Prlj Šimić, Katarina Krizmanić and Irena Grbac together with the artist Nedjeljko Mikec presented the most beautiful examples of corals in different segments of life, from the very beginnings of geology to the present day. The catalogue of the exhibition shows the natural features of corals, their way of life, systematics, distribution and endangerment, but also numerous interesting facts, legends, myths, beliefs and the artistic experience of corals.
